    Placet Dissemination Activities

 

The dissemination strategy will be crucial in order to multiply the initiative’s benefits and results.

It is particularly necessary for the project goal of reaching new potential hosting organisations (HOs).

It will moreover contribute to further spread the info on the potential of the LLP and future Programmes supporting transnational mobility to promote occupation.

 

PLANNED ACTIONS

IN THE PARTNER ORGANISATIONS:

-Presentation of the project contents/partners/outcomes in internal and external meetings;

-Visibility of project leaflets/poster in public spaces;

-Transfer of PLACET’s outcomes into placement promoters’ work practice in home countries and of intermediaries/HOs abroad (by project designers/tutors/mentors/administrators/managers);

-Inclusion of new activities/materials in pre-departure and at-arrival pedagogic programs.

TO COMPANIES/LABOUR MARKET

-Dissemination of project leaflets/poster display in work meetings and events;

-links to the partnership websites/FB/blogs will be sent with appropriate introduction to companies/organizations/authorities/employment centres, particularly to trade associations, chambers of industry&commerce

-intermediary partners mailing lists

-peer-to-peer publicity: HOs share info on PLACET and traineeships officially and in social networks

AMONGST TRAINEES

-Leaflets and videos to raise awareness on process and value of the experience, also to reinforce trust in the ongoing training and in themselves for the later self-promotion in job-searching.

IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES

-presentation to the public through the project poster and in events;

-info sent to relevant representatives of local authorities/VET centres/media;

IN THE WIDER LL COMMUNITY

-Articles on blogs, newsletters, magazines etc;

-info on www.europeansharedtreasure.eu/ and http://ec.europa.eu/dgs/education_culture/eve/

-spread info by mailing lists of LL institutions in each involved region and to the related European community;

-report on the project during local/international work meetings/fairs/conferences/public events.

The process will help to sustain and promote the EU's growth strategy Europe 2020.

The present plan has been conceived on the basis of realistic resources the main partners can currently count on. Ad added value will be if the companies (silent partners and other in the wider network) will appreciate the project during its realization and will agree to support it more than how now planned with initiatives of theirs to spread its results.
